Work Out Routines

Have you ever downloaded a PDF copy of Diet and Exercise?  So you  download the PDF which is in text form and you’re given instructions on which types of exercises you should do and the author gives you the name of the exercise and you’re like, “What the hell is a catwalk?”  Well, no need to guess anymore.  I found this animated image on FaceBook and I just had to share it with you.  Thanks to Lean Muscle Bound FaceBook page, you and I now have not only the names of different exercises but also a demonstration on how to correctly perform them.  I also paid a visit to Muscle Bound and found a lot more interesting videos, so pay them a visit and tell I sent ya.  Lois

Tips for getting a flat stomach

When I was younger I had the perfect flat stomach, which I didn’t begin to lose until my mid 40s.  That was due to the fact that I was slowing down and wasn’t being very active.  Staying active is very important in maintaining your shape.

Some people can work out five days a week and take the weekends off, but I find that until my regimen becomes solid, I must workout every day.  Because I am in the beginning stages of working out again, I still have to find my own motivation and push myself to stay active.  I don’t know why but it is always hard to do the right thing, but once I begin the workout I turn into a super hero and I am always happy that I pushed myself in the first place.

How about you?  Do you know of any good regimens?  Do you have trouble staying on track?  Come on, share!
